This Privacy Policy explains how Care Desk HQ, a brand of Creative Media Commerce ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit caredeskhq.com, sign up for our emails, buy a Product or contact us.

Information you give us
- Email sign-ups: your first name and email address when you request the free checklist or join our list
- Orders: your name, email, billing details and order history. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, IP address, approximate location (city or region), pages viewed, referring site and the time of your visit
- Whether you open our emails or click links in them
- Information from cookies and similar technologies (see section 5)
Information we don't receive
Anything you enter in our Products, such as your parent's medications, documents, contacts or finances, stays in your own files, devices and accounts. We don't collect it, and we can't see it.

- To deliver the free checklist and the Products you buy
- To process payments, prevent fraud and keep records required by law
- To reply to your messages and help with orders
- To send emails you signed up for, such as caregiving tips and news about our Products. You can unsubscribe with the link in any email.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
4. How we share information
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you've allowed it through your cookie choices. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as our e-commerce platform, payment processors, email service, digital delivery app and analytics provider. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or others
- Business transfers, if our business is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools to keep the Site and checkout working, remember your preferences and measure how the Site is used. Some may come from our analytics or advertising partners. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the Site, such as checkout, may not work without them. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information where the law treats them that way.
6. Email marketing
If you sign up for the free checklist, we'll email it to you and may send occasional caregiving tips and product news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time. We'll still send transactional emails, such as order receipts, when you buy something.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above: for example, while you're subscribed to our emails, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require us to keep order records. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and choose service providers who do the same. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Object to or limit certain processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it
To make a request, use our contact page or email support@caredeskhq.com. We'll need to verify your identity, and we'll respond within the time the law requires. You can use an authorized agent where the law allows. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), you have the rights listed above. In the past 12 months we've collected identifiers (such as name and email), commercial information (such as orders), internet activity (such as pages viewed) and approximate location, from the sources and for the purposes described in this policy. We don't sell personal information or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Visitors from outside the United States
We're based in the United States, and your information is processed there. If you're in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies), on performance of a contract (to deliver your order), and on our legitimate interests (to run and improve our business) to process your information. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
Our Site and Products are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. We'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and if a change is significant we'll let subscribers know by email.
